The 40 year old actress looked radiant and stunning in Antonio Berardi cocktail dress at the Directors Guild of America Awards which were held in Los Angeles on Saturday night
Jennifer Garner has been seen supporting her husband Ben Affleck at numerous award ceremonies this season due to the popularity of Argo.
She was seen on the red carpet wearing Cartier jewellery and silver Ferragamo stilettos which seemed to make walk rathe uncomfortably.
Ben, who is up for Outstanding Directorial Achievement in Feature Film at this year's DGA's, looked dashing in a tuxedo.
The 40-year-old director faced off against Kathryn Bigelow (Zero Dark Thirty), Steven Spielberg (Lincoln), Ang Lee (Life of Po) and Tom Hooper (Les Miserables) for the coveted accolade.
He would later take home the top film honor from the DGA, further sealing its status as best-picture front-runner at the Academy Awards.
Saturday's prize also normally would make Affleck a near shoo-in to win best-director at the February 24 Oscars, since the Directors Guild recipient nearly always goes on to claim the same prize at Hollywood's biggest night.
